O glorious St Monica, patron saint of mothers, I come before you seeking your prayers for my children, especially (name person).
You know well the anxieties of a mother and desires of a mother’s heart so I ask you to plead for the souls and safety of my children before the Lord.
Ask Him to bless them with the graces they need to know love and serve Him with humility, faithfulness and love.
I also ask you to pray that I be an example of God’s love for my children and that through my prayers and example they will desire a deep, abiding relationship with God.
O blessed St. Monica, never cease interceding for my children.
