Dearest St. Jude, glorious apostle, faithful servant and friend of Jesus, patron saint of hopeless cases; I come to you seeking your assistance with a particular need (state your intention).
Despise not my request, but instead carry it to the throne of God and place it at His feet, imploring that He hear and answer favorably.
I trust in your assistance and humbly believe that you will continue to pray for my needs and ask God’s choicest blessings upon me and those I love.
